Job summary

XDS is seeking a Service Parts & Fulfillment Technician in Downey, California. The role focuses on preparing service parts and small products, fulfilling dealer and D2C orders, and managing inbound/outbound shipments. You’ll help keep the parts area organized and support broader warehouse tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in parts operations, strong mechanical skills, and experience with inventory systems, shipping software, and barcode scanners. On-site role with room for growth.

XDS is seeking a Service Parts & Fulfillment Technician to join us full-time in Downey, California. This position is responsible for preparing service parts and small products, fulfilling dealer and D2C orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining an accurate and organized parts-storage area. Service parts and small product fulfillment are the position’s primary responsibilities, and the technician will also assist the Warehouse Manager with broader warehouse operations.

You’re a Great Fit With:

• 2+ years of experience in parts operations, warehouse fulfillment, e-commerce fulfillment, bicycle service, automotive parts, or a similar hands-on environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools.
• Experience inspecting, cleaning, assembling, or performing light cosmetic repairs on products or components.
• Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers, quantities, inventory records, and shipping information.
• Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, shipping software, barcode scanners, and related tools.
• Able to prioritize dealer, warranty, and D2C fulfillment requests and complete work with minimal supervision.

You’re a Spectacular Fit With:

• Experience with bicycles or bicycle components.
• E-commerce or Shopify fulfillment experience.
• Forklift and pallet-jack experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around warehouse shelving throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment and assisting with container receiving.

Success Metrics

• Dealer, warranty, and D2C parts orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Service parts and small products are properly inspected and prepared before shipment.
• Inventory records and shelving remain accurate, clean, and easy to navigate.
• Inventory-control instructions and documentation procedures are followed consistently.
• Service-parts operations scale without disrupting dealer support.
• Available time is used effectively to support broader warehouse priorities.
