Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hutto, TX to receive, store, pick, stage, and ship building materials while upholding safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will help prepare orders, maintain inventory, and support a safe, organized work environment for customers and drivers.

The role emphasizes dependable, detail-oriented service, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm schedule and weekly pay. Experience in a lumberyard or construction setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lumberyard, warehouse, building materials, or construction environment.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers, drivers, and contractors.
• Assist customers with locating products and building materials throughout the yard or warehouse.
• Help customers load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professionalism and teamwork.
