Job summary

PFG Specialty is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving operations across our Massachusetts distribution center. You will perform general warehouse duties, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, and help maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifying candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months in warehouse work, and the ability to lift 10–35 pounds (up to 60–90 depending on location), with willingness to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, and order selection.
• Performs general housekeeping to keep areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs daily safety checks on equipment.
• Reviews schedules and production paperwork for operations readiness.
• Puts on required PPE and safety gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location.
