Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate in Maryland to support operations by loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery and handled safely and efficiently.

Under supervision, you will move goods with forklifts, verify product accuracy, and keep a clean, safe work area. HS diploma or GED preferred; 0–2 years of experience; able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by packaging materials securely.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows safety procedures.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
