Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for a warehouse associate in Phoenix. You will accurately select product and prepare store orders for shipment, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a busy, 24/7 distribution environment.

You will stage pallets, verify items, and help maintain strong safety and sanitation standards while supporting 24/7 operations and the company’s ESOP ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Operate powered industrial forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Strong math and counting skills; manage quantities and weights.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders and stages pallets for shipment.
• Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to move product from receiving to storage.
• Receives and verifies product against orders and keeps accurate records.
• Consolidates loads and ensures weight distribution and product integrity.
• Maintains safety, sanitation and productivity standards daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
