Job summary

LINK Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Forklift Operator in Brookshire, TX. This full-time, daytime role supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, loading, unloading, and warehouse organization.

You will operate counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks in a hands-on environment. Requirements include prior warehouse shipping/receiving experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read packing lists and shipping documents, and basic computer skills.

LINK Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Forklift Operator for a growing industrial operation in Brookshire, TX. This hands-on position supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, loading, unloading, and warehouse organization. Candidates must be experienced and comfortable operating both counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks.

Job Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Payrate: starting 20/hr

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and condition.
• Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and reach trucks.
• Pick, stage, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify model numbers, quantities, shipping documents, and product information.
• Move, organize, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Place and retrieve products from warehouse racking using a reach truck.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product locations.
• Keep warehouse aisles, loading areas, docks, and workspaces clean and organized.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse shipping and receiving experience required.
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift required.
• Proven experience operating a reach truck required.
• Ability to safely load and unload trucks and containers.
• Ability to read packing lists, shipping documents, labels, and basic inventory information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work safely around forklifts, pallets, batteries, chargers, and industrial equipment.

Preferred Experience

• Current forklift certification or OSHA-compliant forklift training.
• Warehouse inventory system experience.
• Experience using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Container loading and unloading experience.
• Previous material handling, industrial equipment, battery, or logistics experience.
• Lithium-ion battery experience is a plus.
