Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year+ related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Demonstrates accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow performance guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse setting (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
