Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate in our Sacramento area. You will operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prep outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and assemble shipments. The role includes loading, receiving, and stocking materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Starting pay is competitive within the local market, with overtime as needed. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and other programs.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain clean and safe work area, follow PPE rules.
