Millcraft in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach trucks as needed, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

The role requires 1+ year warehouse experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer a 1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred, shipping/receiving.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks.
• Ability to read and interpret orders and labels.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls.
• Consolidate product to maximize space utilization.
• Stock received merchandise and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and back‑stock organization.
