Job summary

Millcraft is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Independence, Ohio to support storage, organization and distribution of goods. You will receive, unpack, label, stock, pick and prepare orders, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be proficient with forklifts, pallet jacks and reach trucks, and demonstrate strong communication, math and teamwork skills. Ability to read orders and follow safety procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls.
• Consolidate product to maximize space utilization.
• Repackage and relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns.
• Stock received merchandise and movement of stock items.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.
