Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bakersfield, CA. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, pulling and preparing outbound orders, and handling pallets and packaging.

You will use RF devices to sort and prepare orders and ensure accurate receiving, staging, and stocking of incoming material. The position requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, a valid license, and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industrial warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe working area and comply with PPE requirements.
• May provide back-up driver duties as needed.
