Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Scranton with starting pay of $18–$20 per hour. The role focuses on receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for crews and customers.

You will operate forklift, manage inventory, log materials, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency. The position offers benefits, a 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement within the Renuity network.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices is needed.
• Willing to deliver product between offices daily.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and replacements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift.
• Load and log materials onto truck and note returned materials.
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews.
• Clean trucks (inside and out).
• Deliver materials to job sites and between offices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
