Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in our La Crosse facility. You will maintain inventory levels, operate warehouse equipment including a forklift, and prepare materials for crews while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $19-$23 per hour. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to deliver products between

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must know safe warehouse practices.
• Must be willing to deliver product between offices on daily basis.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift to place products and materials in proper place.
• Load and log materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials.
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews.
• Clean trucks (both inside and out).
• Deliver material/transporting employees to job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
