Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pasco, WA. The role supports outbound orders and inventory flow, starting at $20.00 per hour with higher pay based on experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and responsibilities include operating a stand‑up forklift, building and packing pallets, using RF devices, receiving and stocking material, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in accordance with PPE rules.

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
