Blue Ocean Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in the United States to support inbound and outbound operations. You will receive shipments, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, stock and pick orders, and ensure accurate data entry in warehouse systems.

Role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills and a detail-oriented, team-focused approach are essential.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient reading/writing in English and Chinese.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, count, and register inbound shipments accurately, ensuring timely processing and inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to load, unload, transport, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Efficiently sort, stock, replenish, and organize inventory according to warehouse procedures and designated storage locations.
• Follow work orders, shipping notes, and operational instructions to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Perform outbound shipping duties, including packaging products, verifying order accuracy, and applying shipping labels.
• Use warehouse systems to complete data entry, update inventory records, and process inbound and outbound transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support both inbound and outbound warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
