Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Des Moines, IA. The role involves receiving, warehousing, distribution, and supporting crews with materials and truck logistics, with daily product deliveries between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must know safe warehouse practices.
• Must be willing to deliver product between offices on daily basis.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift to place products and materials in proper place
• Load and log materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews
• Clean trucks (both inside and out)
• Deliver material/transporting employees to job sites
• Other duties as assigned
