Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, in Eau Claire, WI, is hiring a Warehouse Associate with starting pay of $19-$23 per hour. The role covers receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control across our growing network, with advancement opportunities within the Renuity family.

Key duties include operating warehouse equipment (forklift), lifting up to 50 lbs, delivering between offices, and maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must know safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver product between offices daily.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift to place products and materials in proper place.
• Load and log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials.
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews.
• Clean trucks (both inside and out).
• Deliver material/transporting employees to job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
