POOLCORP in Weston, FL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. The role requires safely handling orders for delivery or pickup and assisting in loading trucks.

You will log shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, operate a forklift (certification required), and help keep the facility clean and efficient. A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Prior distribution, warehousing, or general labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
