Job summary

OSF HealthCare, in partnership with Pointcore, seeks a Warehouse Operator in Peoria, IL to manage receipt, storage and shipment of products. The role involves operating electric pallet jacks, order pickers and forklifts, while ensuring accurate restocking and documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma or GED and have forklift certification within three months, with 1 year warehousing/manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure/ Certification: Completion of forklift certification within three months of hire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented; read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations to restock supply carts, fill orders, relay information, and complete documentation.
• Basic computer skills; accuracy in transcribing data and entering data into computer terminals; follow verbal and written instructions to adhere to priorities.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented.
• Education: High School Diploma/ GED; 1 year of experience in warehousing or manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and ship product using manual or automated tasks.
• Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts.
• Restock supply carts, fill orders, and complete documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain efficient flow from vendor receipt to shipment to internal and external customers.
