Job summary

APL Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate in Woodridge, IL. The role involves loading, unloading, staging, and storage of customer products using forklifts, clamp and slip sheet equipment, and RF systems. Strong attention to safety and accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities include order pulling, trailer preparation, paperwork completion, and routine inventory checks. A forklift certification and two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years forklift/tow motor experience required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to operate forklift – sit-down and stand-up, tow motor, pallet jacks; clamp, reach and slip sheet.
• Light data entry skills required.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders and loading/unloading products with forklift or power equipment.
• Inspect and prepare trailers and equipment; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Complete paperwork: Bill of Lading, Pick Report, Trailer Audit and Lot Verification.
• Assist with inventories and reporting as directed by supervisor.
• Perform sanitation, packaging, and basic facility tasks as needed.
• Follow safety instructions and use PPE as required.
