Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. You will help receive and move freight to the sales floor, operate a forklift, and support multiple departments.

The role requires good communication, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to pass a background check. Benefits start after 91 days of full-time employment, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate would assist with incoming freight, ensure it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer’s vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
