Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Maryland to support ongoing warehouse operations, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring accurate preparation for pickup or delivery. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and dependable performance in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include item picking, packing, staging, and operating material-handling equipment like forklifts. You may assist customers or subcontractors and occasionally drive company vehicles for deliveries.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Willingness to work Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials in the warehouse.
• Prepare items for shipment with packaging and shrink wrap.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Support customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
