Refloor is seeking motivated warehouse teammates in Charlotte, NC, to keep inventory tight and operations running smoothly. You will own inventory accuracy, receive and stage materials, and collaborate with installers to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift experience or certification is required.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with basic computer use.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and warehouse organization — your top priority.
• Receive, prep, and stage materials for installations.
• Collaborate with installers and coordinators to keep projects on track.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
