Warehouse Associate - Forklift ($16.75/hr plus shift differental)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am (with frequent overtime and potential Saturday work)

Finished Goods Distribution Warehouse: Bosch offers a broad program for distributors and workshops, with over 25,000 part numbers in the Automotive Aftermarket, including consumable parts and components for braking systems.

• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment daily.
• Use handheld RF scanners for inventory and tracking.
• Follow standard procedures and use sound judgment for minor decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S guidelines.
• Report equipment or facility damage immediately.
• Perform tasks related to shipping, receiving, and storage of materials and products.
• Prepare and verify shipments; pack materials and load/unload trucks.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; document and route materials appropriately.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage and follow safety procedures.
• Prioritize safety to prevent injuries in a high-risk environment.
• Take ownership of work and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Use basic math and data interpretation skills for forms, reports, and records.

Other Workplace Considerations:

• Lifting products/materials up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, walking, and bending as needed to complete tasks.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 6+ months of forklift experience.
• Forklift types required: Order Picker/Cherry Picker.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.
• Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP.

Hourly Compensation: The base hourly wage is $16.75/hour, with additional shift premiums based on the shift.
