Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New Berlin, WI to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. The role combines duties of picker, shipping clerk, receiving associate, and material handler in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include routing shipments, processing labels, receiving materials, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling experience.
  • Ability to operate or learn forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Create and process shipping labels and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other freight carriers.
  • Ensure orders are packed accurately and meet customer requirements.
  • Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies.
  • Verify quantities and inspect shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
  • Accurately enter receiving transactions into inventory systems.
  • Organize and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Replenish production areas with materials as needed.
  • Maintain proper inventory identification and material traceability.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Keep warehouse, staging, and shipping areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
  • Assist production and operations teams as needed.
  • Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties assigned by supervisors.

Position Summary

Labor Solutions Professional is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations. This hands-on role combines the responsibilities of a Picker, Shipping Clerk, Receiving Associate, and Material Handler to ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished products throughout our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Responsibilities
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
  • Pick, verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
