Warehouse Associate (Second Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM, Monday – Friday)
  • $19.50/hour starting wage (+$0.50/hour after 6 months)
  • $1.00/hour shift differential for night shifts
  • Yearly attendance & anniversary bonuses

Paid Time Off:
  • 11 paid holidays
  • 112 vacation hours annually (plus 40 bonus hours for night shift)

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Full-time, on-site position
Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for selecting, stacking, and preparing orders using stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and tow motors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts and RF devices to pick, transport, and track inventory.
  • Load/unload trucks and replenish picking locations as needed.
  • Maintain equipment, report issues, and follow safety guidelines.
  • Keep a clean workspace and ensure product quality.
  • Train and support new employees as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of forklift experience (stand-up & reach truck required)
  • Ability to read instructions, use RF scanners, and perform basic math
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with narrow aisles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
