Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Commercial Flooring) to perform a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory control, forklift operation, staging materials, and loading supplies onto vehicles.

The role requires a valid driver's license, DOT-related qualifications, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience (2+ years) and basic math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid driver license is a condition of employment.
• Must pass Driving and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) background check and be covered by the company’s auto insurance policy.
• 2+ years of warehouse job experience.
• Able to perform basic math functions to measure products.
• Experience with inventory, cycle counts, receiving and related activities.
• Able to lift and carry material that weighs 50 to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Detail oriented and organized; able to juggle changing priorities.
• Lull telehandler and/or forklift certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load flooring material onto a company vehicle, drive to project sites, and unload material.
• Unload, receive and process incoming flooring materials and supplies.
• Prepare and complete flooring orders for pickup by subcontractors.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and other inventory-control activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
