Sea To Land Logistics is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Houston to receive, store, and prepare flooring materials for orders and shipments. You will operate forklift equipment, label inventory, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.

The role requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day while following safety procedures and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle flooring materials.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming flooring shipments and containers.
• Inspect materials for damage and verify quantities against receiving documents.
• Move and organize flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Label and sticker incoming products.
• Put inventory away in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage customer orders accurately.
• Verify product, quantities, weights, and dimensions.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including wrapping, strapping, and securing materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Confirm Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
