Cardinal Health, Inc. in Swedesboro, NJ is hiring for Warehouse Operations roles in a fast-paced distribution center. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders, with cross-training across inbound and outbound areas.

Responsibilities include scanning products with RF equipment, loading/unloading, and maintaining safety and quality standards. OT may be required; prior warehouse experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• RF or automated warehouse experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Receive large boxes, scan with RF scanner, and input data into the system.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with EHS policies.
