Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a warehouse associate to operate motorized equipment and unload, select, and load products in a multi-temperature distribution center. You will receive inbound goods, replenish stock, and prepare shipments for customers.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and productivity, with potential participation in a discretionary incentive program and benefits package. Training and certifications are required or provided on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• High School diploma.
• 6 months forklift experience.
• Forklift certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) in a 24/7 distribution center.
• Post-offer drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive inbound products, replenish inventory as needed and pull product.
• Safely build pallets, carts or cages for loading and delivery to customers.
• Select product with a high degree of accuracy.
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions affect the customer.
• Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Utilize warehouse software such as Syntellic.
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Identify damaged product and take corrective action when discovered.
