Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Norwich, CT for the 1st shift starting at 5:00am, Monday through Friday. You will earn $800–$1000 per week with weekly pay and paid training.

You will load, unload, pick, palletize, audit and keep work areas clean. Capstone offers benefits after 60 days, opportunities for internal promotion, and a chance to join a travel team across sites, all within a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse work.
• Lifting 25-75 lbs. varying materials.
• Experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping as assigned.
