Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in New York for 1st shift, 5:00am start, Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed. You will perform loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, repacking, sorting, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The role requires a high-energy, physically demanding work style. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth within the company, including travel to different sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs and handle various materials.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; select and palletize goods.
• Audit, repack, sort, and perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
