Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to execute key warehouse duties with accuracy and efficiency. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, and handle receiving activities and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating RF and barcode systems, forklifts, and automated equipment while following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, with weekend/ overtime based on peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read pick tickets, PO receiving slips, and instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Packs orders rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Operates shipping system when assigned.
• Receives incoming product including loading/unloading and data collection.
• Understands barcode tech and RF equipment.
• Operates automated picking equipment, power conveyors and forklifts.
• Follows warehouse procedures and safety rules at all times.
• Maintains a neat and orderly warehouse and meets volume/quality targets.
• Exhibits a positive attitude with reliable time and attendance.
