Job summary

Galco Industrial Electronics seeks a Warehouse Associate to support warehousing operations at our Sterling Heights location. Responsibilities include picking orders, shipping/receiving, inventory control, over-the-counter sales, and delivering to other Galco locations and customers. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday–Friday, with two options: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. A benefits package includes vacation/sick time, holidays, insurance, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior warehousing experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate with good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills (adding/subtracting).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and handle shipping/receiving.
• Manage inventory control and assist with over-the-counter sales.
• Deliver products to other Galco locations and to customers.
• Perform light assembly, labeling, and product alterations.
