Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Jeffersonville, IN is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate. You will support receiving, packing, and shipping of printer and computer parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $18.79 per hour with weekly pay, on-the-job training, benefits after 30 days, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts. Join a safety‑conscious team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with WMS data entry.
• Overtime as needed.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning is complete.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and maintain security and housekeeping.
• Perform picking and packing and material moves per procedures.
• Support warehouse operations and associated business functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
