Responsibilities

• Determine which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales orders.
• Pull orders accordingly to the sales order and recheck them for accuracy.
• Prepare items for delivery to customer.
• Secure packages to prevent damage in shipping.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment back to Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or supplier.
• Sort and store materials according to established product codes.
• Report damaged inventory to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• May deliver items to customers and obtain signature.
• May process counter sales or invoices for customers.
• May operate a forklift or similar equipment.
• Receive items in the computer system to show availability.
