Responsibilities

• Determines which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales order.
• Pulls orders accordingly to the sales order and rechecks them to ensure accuracy.
• Prepares items for delivery to customer.
• Secures packages to prevent damage in shipping to customer.
• Prepares customer returns for shipment back to DC, FC, or supplier.
• Maintains inventory organization per MINO code standards.
• Reports damaged inventory to warehouse supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
• May deliver items to customers and obtain signatures.
• May process counter sales or invoices for customers.
• May operate a forklift or similar equipment.
