Job summary

PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Smyrna, TN. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will operate warehouse equipment, use WMS and handheld scanners, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while supporting overall supply chain operations. Prior experience in plumbing, lighting, or appliance supply is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse operations training is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the plumbing, lighting, or appliance supply industry.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, labeling, and sorting.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld barcode scanners.
• A valid driver's license and forklift certification may be required depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders.
• Stock and receive items in the warehouse using established procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and report safety concerns.
