Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Riverside, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced, team oriented environment. You will move merchandise, receive and unload trucks, load deliveries, and assist with packing and shipping by UPS and other couriers.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, willing to learn, able to lift 50 pounds, squat, kneel, bend and twist, and work on concrete floors. Forklift experience is a plus, as is shipping/receiving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good mechanical skills demonstrated.
• Willingness to learn wire cutting and industry tasks.
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend and twist as needed.
• Comfort working on concrete floors for full shifts.
• Ability to climb ladders to access material.
• Basic math skills for packing and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Using our warehouse management system and scanners.
• Learning our business system and processes.
• Restocking material as needed throughout shifts.
• Pulling orders for shipping.
• Receiving material into inventory.
• Packing orders for shipment.
• Loading trucks for deliveries.
• Delivering material on Royal trucks.
• Shipping orders via 3rd party carriers (UPS, FedEx, couriers, etc.).
