Job summary

Imperial Brady in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing and inventory management, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse or inventory experience; entry level applicants are welcome. Basic computer skills and the ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts are advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level candidates welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate WMS and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required after proper training, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management; attend department meetings.
