Job summary

DP World is seeking a warehouse associate in the Harrisburg area to support our growing logistics operation. You will read orders, pick items, and move them to designated areas to fulfill customer shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to read safety and operating instructions. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to meeting site KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Self-motivated and able to work with a diverse group of people as a team player.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and places them in designated areas.
• Scans materials and moves them according to standard work instructions where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
