Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Warehouse Workers in Fairborn, OH. Pay is $17.00 per hour. Typical shifts are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime. Candidate will pick, pack, and stage products, conduct basic stock checks, and ensure accurate labeling for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for prolonged periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate SKU picking and order counts.
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills to follow written instructions and shipping orders.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilling: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists, hand-held RF scanners, or voice-pick systems.
• Packing & Staging: Carefully pack finished products into shipping containers, applying proper cushioning and labeling to prevent damage during transit.
• Inventory Control: Conduct basic stock checks, report inventory discrepancies, and help maintain accurate stock counts.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing products for damage, correct labeling, and proper packaging specifications before staging for shipment.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
