Job summary

MULTIVAC U.S. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure parts orders move smoothly through the department so customer shipments are delivered timely and accurately. You will help achieve the 95% same-day shipment goal for orders received before 4:00 p.m.

and support inventory accuracy through careful picking and verification. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience; UPS/FedEx systems experience and RF scanning proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems for domestic and international packages preferred.
• RF Scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick all customer spare parts orders accurately and efficiently, aiming for 95% same-day shipment for orders before 4:00 p.m.
• Process all non-inventory shipments accurately and timely; minimize damage or loss.
• Maintain inventory postings according to picking documents and perform cycle counting as assigned; limit claims to five in 90 days.
• Assist in placing received product into stock locations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all department safety protocols.
