Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and customer will-call support, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with drivers and shop staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and 6 months to 2 years in warehousing are preferred, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment or obtain certification.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory information.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service through timely, accurate, and professional support.
• Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, deliveries, and customer will-call support.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, identification, storage, cycle count participation, and adherence to inventory control processes.
• Support operational efficiency by meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in processing cores, returns, hose fabrication, and shipping documentation with attention to quality and compliance standards.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment in accordance with company 6S standards.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership, counter personnel, drivers, technicians, and other departments to ensure workflow continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse organization, process efficiency, and service execution.
• Assist with special projects, inventory activities, and operational support as assigned.
