Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced distribution operations.

The role focuses on efficient picking, packing, and movement of product, following SOPs for tasks such as Breakdown, Ecom Full Service, Packing, and Returns. You'll work in a warehouse environment, coordinate with stores and customers, and uphold safety and accuracy in all tasks while maintaining productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer prior distribution/warehouse experience.
Basic computer skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust to change and interruptions.
Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Package and ship products to stores, salons or direct to customers.
Complete Special Projects including deal break process or breaking down product deal packages into their components.
Process returns through the warehouse; inspect piece count and damage and compare to paperwork.
Ensure all areas of work are done accurately to ensure optimal customer service.
Maintain a safe work environment; report hazards to leadership and keep good housekeeping.
Maintain productivity related to standards based on assigned task.
