Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Greenville, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently pick, pack, and move product through the distribution center. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures, aiming for safety and accuracy while supporting packing, shipping, returns, and loading activities.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to change, and contribute to timely order fulfillment, with a focus on quality and teamwork in a high-volume warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior distribution/warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust to change and interruptions.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• May Package and ship products to stores, salons or direct to customers, including within the Hospital QA Lane, Packing Lane, Store Sorting, UPS Line, Wrap Stage and loading.
• May complete Special Projects such as deal break processes or breaking down product deal packages into components.
• May process returns through the warehouse, inspecting piece count and damage against paperwork.
• Ensures all work areas are completed accurately to support customer service.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports safety concerns or damages to leadership; keeps housekeeping.
• Maintains productivity based on assigned tasks and standards.
