Job summary

LSI Staffing in Fernley, NV is hiring for Warehouse & Material Handler roles across day, night, and weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, quality inspection, labeling, and stacking shipments. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to train motivated candidates.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Read work orders and packing instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect products for quality before shipping.
• Label, seal, and stage shipments for outbound delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
