Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Inglewood, CA area. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling to keep products moving efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced team, adhere to TSA and facility security procedures, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience required.
• Forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Ability to follow security procedures and instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Team player with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Security Threat Assessment may be required after hire.
• Must provide two government-issued IDs on day one.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo.
• Measure and weigh freight accurately.
• Scan and track inventory using RF equipment.
• Pack, wrap, and band shipments.
• Prepare freight for transportation and verify shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
