Job summary

Staffmark Group in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory handling. Pay is $18.00 per hour; shifts available 1st and 2nd; OT mandatory.

You will maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment, standing/walking/bending and lifting as needed while collaborating with a team. Pre-employment drug screening and safety rules apply; overtime and weekend work required; water bottle policy.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays.
• Safety-toe shoes required; composite toe preferred.
• Able to pass through warehouse metal detectors.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Cell phones are prohibited on the warehouse floor.
• Only clear water bottles are permitted inside the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Palletize and label products for shipment.
• Complete kitting and assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
