Job summary

Cardinal Health Saint Charles facility is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operations team members to receive, store and ship products efficiently. You will fulfill orders, participate in cross-training across warehouse areas, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role supports medical supply chain operations with potential overtime, and training is provided for equipment like order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks. A High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment is helpful.
• Experience with computers/point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects as needed.
• Wear steel-toed boots as required by the role.
• Work in cold temperatures during portions of shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment (e.g., order picker, forklift).
